THE RIGHT TO HOMESCHOOL
Hi Everyone,
Since we’re in South Africa, and constitutionally have the right now to homeschool our children, it is frightening to see that in places like America, that right can be taken away in a heartbeat.
What would you do if suddenly you were breaking the law by homeschooling? Facing possible jail time?

In this day and age we shouldn’t have to fight for the right to Homeschool!!!
As a South African this email brought home how blessed we are to be able to homeschool. As much as we accept that it is our right, maybe we should stop and think about it being a privilege as well?
More later. We’ve been disgustingly busy with school, renovations on the house, which is wood and was rotting, birthdays, and me suffering from absolute exhaustion. I’ll get up to date shortly and then you can see what’s been happening in our daft and strange household!
