GRADE 3 CURSIVE WRITING
Well Jules did her B’s today. I can see she feels so grown up, writing, “properly”. She’s doing them beautifully, it’s such a pleasure to see. I’ve put together a lined writing sheet to help her, I’ll upload it to the site as soon as I can. It’s helped her a stack!
Once her cursive writing was completed we went on to Seconday colours, in both English and Afrikaans.
Juliette then recieved a letter from her friend in Cape Town, (”Hi Kyra” if Mommy’s reading this.)
She then made a craft kit, to send down to Kyra, it took her so long, it was such a nice thing to do, and she wrote her a letter. I was amazed again at her ability to spell so well.
By this stage my head was about to split in half and I had to call it a day. This headache just isn’t going away. But we got just about everything done we had to.
Now I’m off to make supper and I forgot to make StJohn’s bed, just clean forgot today???? feed the dog, cats, kids. You know….
But before bed I’ll do the lesson plans for tomorrow. Don’t have a clue what I have to do with Jules, I know, division still and writing, maybe phonics. I’ll check.
