OUR KNITTED GNOME SHOP
Hi Everyone,
It’s Saturday afternoon here and we’ve just got home from lunch with my children’s Nana, my dear mother! It was lovely and we’re stuffed to the gills. Let me make this clear. My mother does not cook, my grandmother fed me. BUT…my mother can make 1 dish and she has perfected it (she’s made it about 30 times since I was 5!). But she buys all sorts of salads and rolls and needless to say we come home full and sleepy. I’m happy!(Maybe I’m a piggy?)
But you see… sanguine sidetracking again!!!! The reason for my post is….

Ever wondered how a gnome is born? We’ve put together a range of Temperament Gnomes, which you can read all about. I just loved the idea of a colour for each temperament. So instead of giving them names (which is a personal choice for the New Gnome Owner) we named them after the Waldorf Temperaments!
There are also Pocket Gnomes which my daughter adores and seems to be collecting, every one I knit she asks if she can have it. So I start again!
I’ve been using a beautiful hand spun, hand dyed wool. So the gnomes are extra soft and cuddly. The colours vary slightly as each batch of wool is a little different.
The prices that are shown on Paypal and shipping from South Africa overseas is in Dollars, when converted into our sad currency it is expensive!!So if you live in South Africa please email me for a price list! The gnomes range from R60-R80.
I hope you’ll pop over to our store, and have a look, we’ve used our gnomes as toys, to help with Waldorf Lessons, for our Nature table and to give as gifts, as most children who haven’t had a Waldorf influence have never seen a gnome.
They really are treasures.
Blessings to you all and thanks for always visiting.
